Bullfrog

Bullfrogs, North America’s biggest frogs, are abundant in the Mont Saint-Hilaire Biosphere Reserve. Unlike green frogs, they have no ridges extending from their eyes down their backs.
They owe their name to their deep call, reminiscent of the bellowing of a bull. Bullfrogs have hearty appetites and won’t hesitate to devour smaller frogs, even ones of the same species! In addition to having the voice of a bull, it seems they have its appetite too!
