IX The Betrayal
Praying in a garden one night Jesus is betrayed with a kiss to the authorities by one of his inner-circle followers, Judas Iscariot. The soliders take Jesus to the High Priest Caiaphas for questioning. Judas, ashamed and full of remorse, hangs himself. Throughout the evening Peter fearfully denies knowing Jesus and being friends with him.
